Website information

Website Privacy

We collect limited visit data to understand how the directory is used and to identify technical problems.

Visit data

When you view a public page, our server records its path, time, language, browser family, device category and approximate location when available. We keep only the website origin of a referring link, without its path or search parameters.

Your browser keeps a random session identifier in session storage. A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or two hours, and session storage is cleared when the tab closes. Our visit records contain keyed fingerprints of this identifier and your network address; they do not contain the original session identifier, IP address or full browser user agent.

We also record navigation clicks, form openings, submission attempts, technical failures and closures without submission. These records contain page paths, random attempt identifiers and session fingerprints, never the values entered into a form. Accepted requests are confirmed by our server and may be associated with their session’s entry page and referring website.

A daily maintenance process removes visit and action records once they are more than 90 days old and clears older session attribution from requests. Access is restricted to authorized operations staff. We use our own server rather than a third-party advertising or analytics service.

Directory submissions

If you submit a center listing request or a contact request, the details and consent you provide are stored separately from website visit records. Do not include medical histories or other health information in these submissions.

Contact requests are reviewed internally by Best Mexico Rehab. The form does not send your details or request to a center. To ask a center about current availability or costs, use the contact details on its profile.

Health information

The Website does not collect patient intake forms or health narratives. Best Mexico Rehab provides directory information and cannot respond to emergencies.
