Beond’s residential addiction pathway addresses alcohol use and dependence on opioids, fentanyl, stimulants and prescription medications. Behavioral-addiction concerns form part of the wider program offer. Assessment determines the plan, treatment pacing and length of stay. The average residential stay is ten days, with a fourteen-day option for chemical dependency when prescribed by the clinical team. Preparation coaching begins remotely before arrival when time allows. Onsite assessment, treatment, acute integration and continued coaching form successive stages of care.
Chemical Dependency and Behavioral Addiction
Beond’s residential addiction pathway addresses alcohol use and dependence on opioids, fentanyl, stimulants and prescription medications. Behavioral-addiction concerns form part of the wider program offer.
Assessment determines the plan, treatment pacing and length of stay. The average residential stay is ten days, with a fourteen-day option for chemical dependency when prescribed by the clinical team.
Preparation coaching begins remotely before arrival when time allows. Onsite assessment, treatment, acute integration and continued coaching form successive stages of care.
Assessment and Treatment Process
The intake process reviews medical and mental-health history, substance use and the participant’s full medication list. Medication preparation is coordinated through clinical review.
Onsite ECG and laboratory testing precede treatment. Physicians and nurses supervise dosing with cardiac and other vital-sign monitoring.
A follow-up ECG and blood test are described within twenty-four hours of treatment. Additional dosing is subject to physician approval.
Other Program Pathways
Separate pathways address mood, trauma and PTSD, and personal growth or health optimization. Their goals and admission criteria differ from chemical-dependency treatment.
The seven-day Transitions program is for clinically prequalified guests without symptoms of mood disorder or chemical dependency. It should not be confused with the addiction program.
Clinical and Coaching Team
Physicians, nurses, coaches and support staff deliver medical assessment, monitoring, hospitality and integration services. Onsite and remote coaching supports participants and families.
The clinical team reviews suitability and treatment pacing individually. Published staffing descriptions are team information rather than confirmation of staffing for a particular booking.
Accommodation and Daily Activities
Beond has three facilities in Cancún, each with a pool. The separate Beond: The Beach property is reserved for alumni and prequalified guests; a beach setting is not included with every stay.
Room accommodation, meals and ground transport are included in the residential program. The chosen property and room arrangement depend on the program.
Activities include massage, yoga, aquatics, meditation, movement, breathwork and workshops. Meals use local ingredients and nutritional support accompanies the treatment schedule.
Integration and Family Support
Guests are matched with a coach before arrival, with virtual preparation sessions when scheduling permits. On non-treatment days, individual onsite coaching is available.
After departure, individual sessions can be scheduled alongside Beond Circle, a private moderated alumni community, and free weekly virtual group coaching.
Longer-term coaching support is also available for family members. The individual arrangement determines the scope of that support.
Pricing and Inclusions
Base program prices start at US$13,500 for the earliest-reserved spaces, with further tiers at US$15,500 and US$19,500 according to date availability. The tiers have the same base length and care model.
The price includes accommodation, meals, ground transport, treatment monitoring, preparation coaching, adjunct activities and integration support.
The lowest tier generally requires reservation at least ninety days after clinical approval and before admission. Capacity at each price tier is limited.
A prescribed fourteen-day chemical-dependency program adds US$5,000 to the ten-day base price. Extended stays and more complex plans can change the quote.
The separate seven-day Transitions program is listed at US$15,500 and has its own clinical prequalification restrictions.
