Addiction and Substance-Use Program

The Iboga Wellness Institute’s addiction and substance-use pathway is a seven-day residential program starting at US$8,500.

The program includes preliminary consultations, medical assessment, treatment monitoring, accommodation, nutrition and integration coaching.

Preparation needs are reviewed individually. Longer or more complex care can require extra days and a separate quote.

The program is an ibogaine-based treatment pathway, rather than a conventional withdrawal-management program. Detox preparation or medication-bridging needs are addressed separately through clinical review.

Other Residential Pathways

Brain-injury care lasts seven to fourteen days, starting at US$8,500. PTSD and mental-health pathways also start at US$8,500, with a full fourteen-day mental-health plan at US$17,000.

Chronic neurological programs are listed at US$17,000 for fourteen days or US$24,000 for twenty-one days. These are distinct from the addiction pathway.

The Reserve or Optimization program is individually quoted after application and medical review.

Assessment and Medical Support

Medical screening includes health-history review, laboratory work and ECG assessment. The clinical team reviews medications and additional preparation needs.

The treatment period includes cardiac and other vital-sign monitoring, followed by rest and integration time.

Medical, therapeutic and hospitality staff support the stay. Screening and clinical oversight accompany preparation, treatment and recovery.

Residences and Accommodation

The Mexican treatment residences are Azure Cove, Ocean Sanctuary and The Reserve on Cozumel. The corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio is separate from treatment in Mexico.

Private rooms and shared spaces vary by residence. The property galleries show bedrooms, kitchens, lounges, gardens and pools.

Azure Cove includes a garden setting with shared indoor areas, outdoor seating, fitness space and a games room. Ocean-facing amenities belong to the residences shown with those features.

The specific residential address and assignment are provided privately through enrolment; the same gallery features should not be assumed for every stay.

Meals and Daily Activities

Chef-prepared meals are adapted around dietary preferences, restrictions, allergies and nutritional needs.

Daily life includes rest, integration work and access to shared indoor and outdoor spaces. Massage, reiki, meditation, mindful movement and breathwork are listed among therapeutic activities.

Preparation and Integration

Standard coaching includes two sessions before arrival and two after departure, arranged through the institute’s private scheduling process.

Aftercare can include video coaching, medical-team check-ins, community resources and optional physician-directed microdosing arrangements. The individual care plan determines the scope.

Companions arrange separate hotel accommodation and pay their own lodging costs; they do not stay in the institute during treatment.

Online Community Circles

The addiction-recovery integration circle meets online on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.

The mental-health and psychospiritual circle alternates Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 11 a.m. to noon Central Time.

Community circles complement the individual preparation and integration sessions rather than replacing them.

Payment and Inclusions

Published prices include preliminary medical consultations, ibogaine and adjunct medication, monitoring, private accommodation, nutrition, integration and ground transport from designated pickup points.

Longer and medically complex plans may cost more than the published starting prices. Reserve pricing is personalized.

Financing options include personal-loan providers and Affirm on eligible QuickBooks invoices after the final program and cost are confirmed. Availability, approval, rates and terms vary.

Travel and Enrolment

Airport pickup and designated ground transport are included in the program arrangements. The actual residence is confirmed through enrolment.

Required laboratory work and cancellation conditions are governed by the individual enrolment documents.
