Addiction and Residential Programs

MindScape’s substance-use offer includes a seven-day addiction and mental-health pathway, with longer protocols for particular substances and preparation needs.

The separate five-day wellness retreat is US$7,500 and is not designed for active substance dependence. Clinical review determines eligibility and medication preparation.

Medical and cardiac preparation generally begins two to four weeks before arrival. The residential sequence includes preparation, treatment, rest and integration.

The wider offer covers trauma, depression, chronic pain and neurological concerns. These are distinct treatment pathways rather than interchangeable program goals.

Program Costs and Inclusions

Published all-inclusive program prices range from US$7,500 to US$15,500 according to length and medical complexity.

Alcohol-dependency programs are listed at US$11,500 for ten days or US$13,500 for twelve days. The selected plan determines the appropriate duration.

The program price includes accommodation, meals, screening, treatment monitoring, therapy, airport ground transfers and ninety-day integration support.

Airfare, ferry travel and hotel nights before or after the program are separate travel costs. A non-treated companion is listed at US$250 per day for shared accommodation, meals and facility access.

The offer includes a guided 5-MeO-DMT option when appropriate to the individual plan; participation is subject to assessment.

Three Residence Settings

Casa Selva offers a jungle setting, The Hacienda is in downtown Cozumel, and Oceanfront Residence has a shoreline setting.

The residences share the program’s screening, monitoring and integration structure, while their physical surroundings and amenities differ.

The facility galleries show rooms, kitchens, shared indoor areas, bathrooms and pools. The selected residence determines the accommodation.

Hyperbaric equipment is described as ordered with installation planned for October; an announced addition does not establish that it is available with a current booking.

Daily Life and Therapy

The residential schedule includes yoga, meditation, massage, sound activities, cold-water immersion and psychological therapy. Chef-prepared meals accompany the stay.

Rest and integration sessions follow treatment, with activities adjusted to the program and individual condition.

Clinical Team

Dr. Arellano is listed as clinical director. Medical, nursing and psychological roles support assessment, treatment monitoring and integration.

The team also includes integration and activity staff. Jenna Turner leads dive-based activities as an integration adjunct; activity suitability is determined separately.

Ninety-Day Aftercare

Every program includes ninety days of follow-up support from physicians and psychologists.

The detailed schedule lists two physician sessions in the first month, two in the second, and check-ins at weeks ten and twelve. Psychological sessions are weekly in the first two months and every two weeks in the third.

Programs lasting ten days or longer include a one-month supply of physician-directed ibogaine microdoses dispensed at discharge. The physician determines the later start and use; the supply is not a daily-use instruction for every graduate.

Integration planning includes transition to continued local therapy, a maintenance plan and alumni community access. The first ninety days also include access to the center’s on-call team.

Admission and Travel

Program and residence selection precede confidential medical pre-screening. The confirmed residence and arrival arrangements determine the stay.

Guests may travel directly to Cozumel or through Cancún and the Playa del Carmen ferry route. Airport ground transfers are included; flights and ferry costs remain separate.
