Residential Addiction Treatment

Viraha provides individualized ibogaine programs for addiction and other mental-health concerns. Its standard inpatient offer includes eight-, ten- and twelve-day treatment packages.

Initial assessment considers medical history, treatment needs and expectations. A medical check takes place before treatment begins.

The plan can include psychological and emotional support, nutritional guidance and complementary therapies alongside ibogaine.

Private offsite treatment is a separate arrangement. A home, residence or Airbnb must be approved in advance so the team can assess the space and prepare equipment; it is not the same as admission to the fixed center.

Additional Modalities

The wider service offer includes Tomatis, Access Bars, IV services, yoga and massage. These are separate complementary modalities within an individualized plan.

The center also offers IV services outside the residential ibogaine pathway.

Accommodation and Daily Life

The fixed centre has three private residential rooms.

The property gallery shows bedrooms, shared outdoor areas and the center exterior.

Meals, nutritional support, rest and scheduled activities accompany the selected treatment plan.

Integration and Follow-Up

Post-treatment integration sessions accompany a personalized aftercare plan. Follow-up consultations are offered after the stay.

Family visits are permitted when they do not interfere with treatment. A companion may stay for an additional fee, subject to room availability.

Assessment and Team

Medical and therapeutic staff review the individual case before designing the program. Medical checks and psychological consultation are part of the preparation process.

Offsite treatment requires prior approval by the treatment team as well as preparation of the clinical space.

Reservation and Payment

A US$500 deposit reserves the booking, with the remaining balance due on arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.

The policy does not offer refunds once treatment has started or when a participant leaves voluntarily. Rare exceptions may be considered within the first three days.

Recreational outings, car rental and independent excursions are not included. Any arranged offsite outing is subject to staff approval and a signed waiver.

Program Options

The pricing cards list shorter three- and five-day options alongside longer eight-to-twelve-day stays. The longer inpatient packages are described separately in the preparation guide.

Currency and package inclusions need to be established in the individual quote before comparing the advertised amounts.

Location and Transfers

The fixed center is in Las Ánimas Bajas, San José del Cabo, in the municipality of Los Cabos.

Airport pickup and return ground transport are described as part of the residential arrangements. An offsite treatment location is agreed separately.
