Residential Addiction and Mental-Health Care

Sanctuary Tulum offers residential care for substance dependence alongside programs for trauma, depression, anxiety and burnout.

Program Length and Package Scope

Gold and Platinum packages describe four-to-twelve-week plans, with an Elite VIP option described as twelve to sixteen weeks. Certain treatment pages describe longer package-specific durations.

The actual duration, residence and inclusions are established for the chosen program rather than applying one fixed maximum to all guests.

The residential offer uses private pay. A center-specific package amount is established through the individual quote rather than general market-price comparisons.

Team and Medical Oversight

Dr. Jose A. Jimenez is listed as medical director. His role is visiting oversight, clinical review and clearance rather than full-time onsite procedure delivery.

Day-to-day care uses the center’s clinical team, rotating emergency physicians and nursing shifts. The staffing arrangement for the selected program is distinct from the medical director’s visiting role.

Johnny Tabaie founded the organization and directs operations; he is not presented as the treating physician.

Accommodation and Setting

Residential accommodation uses private rooms or suites with private bathrooms. Residence types include jungle and oceanfront properties according to package.

A small residential model allows individual schedules and shared hospitality services. The property and room assignment are established before arrival.

Coastal surroundings form part of the Tulum setting; the actual accommodation and view depend on the selected property.

Nutrition and Daily Activities

The daily program includes prepared meals, movement, yoga, meditation, massage and other bodywork.

The wider offer lists hyperbaric oxygen, light-based services, IV and nutrient services, sauna and other complementary modalities. The individual package determines frequency and access.

Clinical decisions, screening and treatment preparation determine how the therapies are combined; the catalogue of modalities is not a promise that every guest receives every service.

Return-Home Planning

The closing stage of the program includes a written integration plan and preparation for the first month back home.

Where continued local support is needed, the team helps arrange it. Reachability after discharge is described separately from a guaranteed remote therapy schedule.

Location and Practical Arrangements

The Tulum program is at Tulum Beach, Quintana Roo. The actual residence and arrival instructions depend on the package.

The organization’s Baja California location belongs to a separate residence scope and is not the Tulum property.
