Residential Addiction Treatment

Casa Santa Isabel provides residential ibogaine treatment for substance dependence, with the length of stay determined through assessment.

Addiction programs begin at seven days and can extend to thirty days for more complex treatment needs. The separate five-day holistic and PTSD stay is a different program.

The substance-use offer covers opioids, including heroin and fentanyl, as well as cocaine and methamphetamine.

Preparation includes a review of health history and current medication, with medical assessment before a treatment plan is confirmed.

Medical monitoring and psychological visits are included during the stay. Treatment decisions and suitability belong to the clinic’s clinical team.

Additional Therapies

The center also offers 5-MeO-DMT, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, NAD+ IV services and stem-cell services alongside its ibogaine programs. These are distinct modalities, with their own assessment and treatment arrangements.

The residential package combines therapy, meals, accommodation and access to wellness amenities. The exact combination is set through the individual program.

Clinical Team

Dr. Florencia Ruiz leads the physician team. Dr. Maria Puga works on intake, medical preparation and daily care, and Dr. Diego Castro is part of the physician team.

Vero Sanchez heads nursing, while Erika leads psychology. Medical and psychological roles support the residential program.

Accommodation and Daily Life

The 6,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa has ocean views, outdoor terraces, a sauna, jacuzzi and gym.

Meals are prepared as part of the residential package. The stay includes time for treatment, rest and wellness activities.

Communication and Companions

Personal devices are stored during the stay. A landline is available for essential family communication.

Guests are generally encouraged to arrive alone. An exceptional companion arrangement requires advance approval rather than being automatically included.

Program Fees

Treatment starts at US$8,000. The package includes medical supervision, therapy, meals, accommodation and wellness amenities.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. The final program and fee depend on the agreed treatment arrangement.

Casa Santa Isabel is in Baja Malibu on the coastal Tijuana–Rosarito corridor. Its published address identifies Playas de Rosarito.
