Medical Detox and Addiction Care

IboBaja provides medical detox for opioids, alcohol, benzodiazepines and stimulants. Detox is a separately listed service alongside ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT.

The detox program includes nursing care, medical monitoring, individualized medication protocols, nutritional support and IV services.

Detox can prepare a participant for further treatment. The next stage is determined through assessment rather than assumed to be the same for every participant.

Ibogaine and Integration

The ibogaine program includes cardiac screening, individualized treatment planning and monitoring during the session.

Integration sessions provide time to process the experience. Aftercare planning and support are part of the program.

A separately listed 5-MeO-DMT service includes screening, integration sessions, psychological and spiritual support, and continued aftercare guidance.

Who the Programs Serve

The center’s programs address substance dependence. The wider offer also includes depression, PTSD and other mental-health concerns.

The treatment plan is selected around the participant’s needs and assessment. The modalities are separate options within the center’s offer.

Team and Support

Medical professionals, therapists and wellness staff support the programs. Nursing and medical monitoring are described as available around the clock during detox.

Individual therapy and facilitated group sessions accompany the broader treatment approach.

Accommodation and Facilities

Private suites provide residential accommodation. Shared areas include an oceanfront terrace, swimming pool, lounge and recreational spaces.

The property includes bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, shared seating, a billiards room and a cinema-style lounge.

Daily Life

Yoga, meditation and breathwork accompany the treatment schedule. Outdoor walks and activities offer time outside the treatment rooms.

Nutritional support is included in the detox program, with IV services listed separately within the care plan.

Admission and Continued Care

Admission begins with health evaluation and a personalized plan. Cardiac screening is part of preparation for ibogaine.

The clinical team determines the appropriate service, treatment protocol and integration arrangements. Program prices are arranged separately.

Location and Transfers

The center is on the Rosarito–Ensenada highway at kilometer 35.16.

Complimentary airport transport is advertised for travel through San Diego, with the arrival route agreed in advance. Border conditions can change the journey time.
