Residential Addiction Care

Holistic Sanctuary offers residential programmes for opioid and other substance dependence, with assessment and stabilization before ibogaine treatment.

The care model uses individual sessions and schedules rather than group therapy or a twelve-step curriculum.

The clinical team reviews medication history, cardiac findings and preparation needs. A supervised taper may form part of the residential plan.

Plant-medicine sessions follow preparation and stabilization rather than beginning on arrival.

Package Length and Fees

Gold is listed at US$50,000 per month, with a four-week minimum and programmes extending to twelve or sixteen weeks according to the individual plan.

Platinum is individually quoted and is described with twelve-week or longer arrangements. It adds further modalities to the Gold package.

The package guide and clinical assessment establish duration and inclusions. The older four-to-twelve-week description does not establish one maximum for every current package.

Gold Programme Components

The Gold offer combines individual care with massage, reiki, yoga, meditation and movement.

It also lists hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna, red-light services, IV and nutrient services, and selected ibogaine, ayahuasca, DMT or psilocybin sessions.

Not every modality is appropriate for every participant. Screening and the individual programme determine participation and timing.

Platinum and Other Pathways

The wider offer addresses substance dependence alongside depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout and other concerns.

Platinum adds individually assessed stem-cell and cellular services, plasma-exchange and other advanced modalities to the broader residential programme. The selected package and clinical assessment determine access to these additional services.

Residences and Accommodation

The Rosarito residence is in Baja California. The Tulum Beach residence belongs to a separate location in Quintana Roo; the United States company address is not a treatment site.

Programme accommodation includes a private suite and bathroom, with oceanfront options by package.

The Baja California residence has an oceanfront setting on the Pacific coast. Property and suite allocation are confirmed for the selected programme.

Medical and Operational Roles

Dr. Jose A. Jimenez is listed as medical director, with a visiting review and clearance role rather than full-time onsite procedure delivery.

Day-to-day clinical care uses nursing shifts and rotating emergency physicians. The specific staffing and protocol belong to the selected programme.

Johnny Tabaie is founder and director of operations; clinical decisions are separate from that role.

Return-Home Support

The closing stage prepares for the first month back home, including routines and continued support where needed.

The team can help arrange local continued care and remains reachable after discharge. This is distinct from a guaranteed course of remote clinical treatment.

Location and Enrolment

The Rosarito and Tulum residences are confirmed separately during enrolment. The actual property, suite and arrival arrangements depend on the chosen programme.

Clinical review of medication history, bloodwork and cardiac history precedes the programme plan and travel arrangements.
